  Enter information for identity verification to issue certificate.

  Enter your personal information for Identity verification.

  Check Yes, I Agree and click Ok button.

  Select a medium to save the certificate.

  Enter new password and retype new password, then click Ok button.

  Click the Confirm button to move to the Certificate Issuance Guide page. When clicking the Cancel button, certificate issuance will be stopped.

  Select the type of certificate to be issued.

  Check your (client's) personal information related to the certificate issuance.

  When a certificate is normally issued, the following window for selecting a certificate will pop up.
