If the pop-up screen is blocked, you must set up as described below for normal use.

• 01

  Click Pop-up was blocked. Pop-up or.... and then click Always allow pop-ups for the current site (A).

  
• 02

  Click Tools > Pop-up blocker > Pop-up blocker settings, and add *.samsungpop.com in address of website to allow list.
